Built for how a nursing home actually runs
Admissions do not wait for a purchase order, and a broken bed rail is a problem tonight, not next quarter.
No contracts, no minimums
Nothing to sign and no minimum term. Equipment stays as long as the resident needs it and goes back the moment they don't — your census moves, and so should your equipment.
Bariatric is our strong suit
Split-frame bariatric beds, 600 lb capacity hi/lo frames, 26-inch wheelchairs, and pressure-relief surfaces sized to match. The equipment that is hardest to get on short notice is what we keep on hand.
Not limited to what's on the shelf
We own the equipment we rent out, so we know the condition and history of every unit. And if a resident needs something we don't have on hand, we buy it and bring it — the catalog is a starting point, not a limit.
One number, one person
You are not filing a ticket into a call center. You reach the owner, and the person who takes the call is often the person who makes the delivery.
A portal that shows the truth
Every item you have from us, every invoice, every open service request, in one place. No emailing back and forth to ask what is still on the floor.
How it works
Call or request online
Tell us what you need and when. Existing clients submit requests in the portal; new facilities can call and talk to a person about what we have and what we can get.
We deliver and set it up
Equipment arrives clean, tested, and assembled in the room. Your staff does not lose an afternoon to a bed frame.
We service it while it's yours
Something stops working, you report it and we come out. Repairs on rented equipment are part of the deal, not a separate bill.
We pick it up when you're done
When a resident no longer needs the equipment, tell us and we collect it. No notice period, no restocking charge, and nothing left sitting in a hallway.
Need something on the floor this week?
Tell us the resident's needs and the room, and we will tell you what we have and when we can have it there.
