An Ohio company that owns its equipment and rents it to nursing homes, built around one idea: the people caring for residents should not have to fight to get the equipment those residents need.
MedCore Group, LLC owns the medical equipment it rents to skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, and continuing care campuses across Central and Northeast Ohio. We carry the equipment that is hardest to get on short notice — bariatric bed frames, hi/lo beds rated to 600 pounds, pressure-relief surfaces, tilt-in-space positioning chairs, and rehab therapy equipment — and when a resident needs something we do not have, we buy it.
Because the equipment is ours rather than a third party's, we know the condition and history of every unit that arrives at your building. We are also small on purpose: when you call, you reach someone who knows what is on the truck and what is in the yard, and who can tell you straight whether we can have it there tomorrow. No queue, no account manager to route through.
You are billed for the time the item was actually in your building, and nothing else. Delivery, setup, service, and pickup are included. If something breaks while you are renting it, we fix it or swap it — that is not a separate invoice.
We do not handle resident information
Our system tracks equipment by asset tag and by facility. We do not collect, store, or transmit resident names, diagnoses, or any other protected health information — which means one fewer vendor for your compliance officer to worry about.
