How it works
No contracts, no monthly minimums, no separate service bill. Here is exactly what you get and what it costs.
What every rental includes
- Delivery to the room, not the loading dock
- Full assembly and setup, tested before we leave
- Cleaning and disinfection between placements
- Service and repair for as long as you rent it
- Swap-out if a unit cannot be repaired on site
- Pickup and removal when the resident no longer needs it
What it costs
Tell us what you need from the equipment page and we will quote you a straight number — no tiers, no packages, no negotiating.
You are billed for the time the equipment was in your building. Nothing else — no delivery fee, no setup fee, no service call charge, no charge on pickup. Existing clients see every rate they are on in their portal.
Questions we get asked
- How fast can you deliver?
- If we have the unit on hand, usually the next business day, and same day when it is urgent and you call early. If we do not, we will get it — that takes longer, and we will give you a real date rather than a hopeful one.
- How does billing work?
- You are billed for the time the equipment was actually in your building — nothing more. Invoices go out at the start of the month covering the prior month and are due on receipt. Call for a rate on anything in the catalog.
- What happens if something breaks?
- Report it in the portal or call. Repairs and replacements on equipment you are renting are part of the rental — you are not billed for a service call on our equipment. If it cannot be fixed on site, we swap it.
- Is there a minimum rental period?
- No minimum term and no long-term contract. Equipment stays as long as the resident needs it, and billing stops when we pick it up.
- Do you own the equipment, or is it subcontracted?
- We own it. Every bed, chair and lift we rent out is ours — purchased, maintained, cleaned and serviced by us, never drop-shipped from a third party. If you need something we do not currently have, we buy it and add it to what we carry rather than sending you elsewhere.
- Do you deliver into secured or memory care units?
- Yes. Tell us the check-in procedure for the building and we will follow it. Delivery notes are stored on your facility record so we get it right every time.
- Do you handle resident information?
- No, and deliberately. Our system tracks equipment by asset tag and by facility. We do not record resident names, diagnoses, or any other protected health information.
